Dear Matt,

Been there! Only last month I got spanked for doing something stupid - arguing with my dad over cleaning up the yard after a wind storm. No excuse. Somehow our brains don't yet work right. Mr. Steven brings up some good points, but I rather suspect that it's been too long since he was our age. We know what not to do and when not to do it, but go ahead anyway. I can only hope that we outgrow it some day. 'Till then all we can do is rub our butts. Don't tear yourself up over this, that only makes it worse. Take solace that you are not alone! That and try to not get in trouble again, no matter how unlikely that may be. Otherwise, forget the spanking and move on. We certainly won't hold it against you!!
