Years ago I was at a rest stop when a van pulled up. A man and two kids (M10, F8) got out. I was shocked to see the kids were wearing nothing but underpants. They must have been told to undress while still in the car. He took off his belt and told both of them to take off their underwear. Both kids got a lot (30 or more) of hard, bare lashes to their butts. I was shocked that he would have his kids be exposed naked outdoors. After the whippings, they just got in the car and took off. Didn't even use the restrooms.
