What sort of professional help would you recommend? She has already been seeing a therapist well before any of this due to the loss of her mother. I haven’t asked for details but she has confirmed with me that she has discussed her spanking fetish with her therapist before but has not gotten any advice that has actually helped. But maybe she needs a therapist who is more educated in this area.

The spankings I give her do seem to be what she wants, but it’s possible that the day may come where she wants more than what I would be comfortable giving. For example, my late wife wanted me to touch her in sexual ways as part of this. Obviously that is a very hard limit for me when it comes to my daughter. That will absolutely not happen ever. So if that is something that she needs, then I will simply be unable to help her there.
