Typically people are in the block the night before they dance, I get that it is not always possible but that is the general expectation that you are in the block the night before and the night of dancing. So you could be buying wristbands for everyone that needs in that day. You could ask the hotel if you can check in early in order to get them ? Maybe they will allow it for an additional fee ?
