Also, make sure you call the company you’re looking at using and ask about bulk pricing. Crown Awards has certain medals listed on their website as $10/piece for a 2inch medal, but when you actually order, they’re $3.89/piece (last year, $2.99, that’s how bad the inflation on these has been)

You also have to figure into your award cost the activation price for your artwork: whoever you go with for awards will need your artwork so they can put it on the decals and there’s an activation/setup fee for that
