I agree completely! It needs to be looked at as an act of love and any time you correct should be seen as an opportunity to educate your children, guide them in the way that they should go.

Yes, a joyful spirit, the Holy Spirit working through a parent by following God's commands for raising children. Not joyful because you have to discipline, but joyful that you will continue to build on your closeness with your children,
and teaching them the right way to act.

Warm bonding and fulfilling. yes that's right but emotionally and spiritually cleansing as well
