Hi,

years ago as young adult, when I liked spanking myself from time to time, it happened that I found someone giving advice to me by phone, while I spanked myself.

She told me which implement or let me choose it myself and then told me to start and during the process she told me to do it harder. It worked quite good for me, although it still wasn't the same as getting spanked by someone else than yourself.

If you don't have someone, maybe you can just try to talk to yourself, doing it harder.
