Your mom and family sound cool! My family is loving/supportive but opposite in that me and my sister were raised to be very modest. The idea of running around in undies makes me blush!
Also how brave of you to shave at such a young age. Also we were barely allowed to shave legs/pits but definitely NOT even trim our pubic hair.

So by 9th grade I was VERY sensitive about my fairly large bush. Some other girls in locker rooms shave but everybody at least trimmed so I always felt self conscious of my furry front. And some of my panties hardly covered my bush.
And bare bottomed spankings were super embarrassing. How was it decided if you took your own panties down or not?

I had to stand there so my parents could bare me. I felt my panties skipping down down down for a lecture with my pubic patch on full display. I was especially mortified when it was in front of people.
I'm not sure how I would have felt about taking my own panties down.
