My dad didn't spank very often. Mom usually took care of that. But when he did spank, normally whatever you were dressed in at the time was how you got spanked. He usually did it standing and just a few swats. The only time I ever saw him spank over his knee was when he gave my sister one once. Usually he didn't even have to spank, he could give you a look that would freeze a lake with a single glance and when he called you by name with that look, you'd almost pee yourself. There were only two times I got spanked bare by him, the rest were over my pants or underwear. On those rare occasions he did spank, it was by hand or belt.
