My sister and I were taught bodily modesty. Our mother spanked you bare, but not when daddy was in the room. If he was, she would take you to your room first with your door closed.

When my father spanked you, he spanked on whatever you were wearing without removing anything. But he had a strong arm and even in the winter time when you were wearing panties, tights, a flannel slip, and a heavy pleated woolen skirt he would continue with his slow hard wallops until you were crying just as hard as you always did.
