It's difficult to focus on one thing. Initially, I tended to focus on their bare bottom, watching the implement do its magic turning the skin from lily white to fiery red. However, as the spanking progressed and the person being punished became more and more frantic, my focus shifted toward their reactions both physical and vocal: the squirming, kicking, pleas, promises, bawling... all the results of a good spanking!
