Oh, I couldn't have been more than five I'd say. And not sure if my sister saw it or not, to be honest. It would stand to reason that she did, since it happened at the top of the stairs going from our living room to our family room in our split level home, but all I remember is my sister crying, my Dad walking in from the garage and basically catching the whole thing as it happened, and then the vague recollection of my sense that I was over Mom's lap with my bottom bared for a spanking. That's all I really recall, and while I would say I'm 95% sure this is a legit memory, it really could also be a dream, that's how vague it is. I have one other recollection of mentioning to Mom, in a kidding way, something like "oh remember that time when you got so mad you pulled my pants down to spank me" or something to that effect, and her replying, somewhat defensively, "that was ONE time." I remember being in the family room for this exchange, maybe a year or two later I suppose, but my memory of that is just a brief snippet of time and, rather like the spanking itself, might simply be my memory of a dream.

And to add to that, with regards to my sister witnessing it or not, she would have been at an absolute maximum 2 at the time, and was more likely 1-and-change, so, IF she saw it, which I don't recall, she would have no recollection of this incident whatsoever. If it happened.
