All of the spankings I got were bare bottom. The only times when it was over clothing were just quick warning swats in public or at home, but also a sign that a bare bottom spanking wasn't too far away now.

My moms intention to spank bare bottom was mostly, because she wanted to see if she didn't overdue it like avoid bruises, welts or any marks especially when she was using the paddle on me.
