I wondered that when I saw spankings in not only comic books but comic strips, cartoons and even movies or TV, but my biggest question was why they didn't get spanked bare bottom? Nearly all the kids I knew got spanked bare sometimes at least at home and sometimes even in public situations. But not in comics, movies or tv. It also seemed strange to me that boys got spanked fully clothed and girls got (at least those wearing dresses) got spanked on their panties. But I also noticed sometimes how passive the children were during the spankings and I would cry, kick and struggle. Sometimes It made me feel like an even bigger baby than I already was. I did start to justify that by thinking, "maybe it's because they don't get it bare butt and I do."
