Me either, not even in the 60's and 70's when most kids wsre spanked and probably 70% of them, bared.
Birthday spankings were a HUGE ttradition back then and usualy came between opening gifts and the ice crean and cake and were done by a parent ir VERY close relative, always otk and over clothes!
