Most of the time when mom spanked me, I was looking at the end cushion of the couch in our family room. One time however, on vacation, mom spanked me in the hotel room across the bed and there was a mirrored slider closet across from the bed and despite the pain of the spanking, I tilted my head to see my bottom reddening. I also noted my mom's intense focus as she never took her eye off my bottom as she spanked. As I recall, it is the only time I saw myself get spanked.
