I don't know about others but it never bothered me being seen exposed and naked by my parents whether for spankings or in other situations.
But with my stepsister it was different. For one thing, unlike my Stepmom, she always prolonged my exposure both before and after the spanking which was extremely embarrassing and humiliating.
It was the same when I watched other boys getting spanked at their home. The nudity and exposure was no big deal if it happened in front of other boys because we often saw each other naked in other situations like communal showers or even playing naked games between us.
But if there were girls watching it was different, or if the boy was getting spanked by a non-parent like an older sister or aunt or babysitter.
As for girls getting spanked bare in front of boys from outside the family this was extremely rare, at least in my experience. Though I saw many boys being exposed and spanked in front of girls present I do not recall ever seeing a girl after age 8 or 9 being stripped and exposed for a spanking.
Girls modesty was always protected, but boys modesty was never an issue, especially when being punished.
