I understand your feelings Tim. I think I have some time ago come to terms with the spankings I received myself, with all the embarrassment and humiliation that accompanied them! For me erotisizing the whole experience seems to have lessoned some of the pain and trauma of the memories of those events and experiences. But I still can remember those raw feelings of dread, embarrassment and humiliation before during and after a spanking. Funnily enough during the actual spanking itself the feelings of embarrassment and humiliation disappeared. Since the only feeling I had was the burning, scorching and thobbing sting consuming my backside! I would often reflect bitterly on this and tell myself that the one 'consolation' of having my butt cheeks 'blistered' by Mom's hairbrush was that those feelings of shame, and embarrassment would no longer bother me. 'All' I had to contend with now were two mounds of buttock flesh that were being fried by a solid, wooden, walnut hairbrush! It was a trade off I suppose even though my behind was hurting so, so, so much!!
