 Shane, that sounds about right, if you were in a city environment.

My two were born in the early 80's and while yes, I spanked, I bet I only gave one spanking for every ten I got growing up. At that time, we still spanked to a later age than sixteen in the smaller rural communities, but the spankings we gave were less severe and not as public as when we were young.

Times change and you might be happy for that. As your mom, one can easily deduce, had you been born a decade earlier, probably would have been baring you and spanking you, at sixteen.

And possibly with some frequency.
