Did she actually smack your penis while being spanked?

At 19 I had a girlfriend a year younger who told me that she would sometimes smack her younger brother's penis as punishment. I don't know if this was true or just said it as a joke or to tease me, but I did hear of some boys being punished that way. This was the 60s and anything went when punishing boys.
