Well embarrassment was part of the punishment. Most of our spankings took place in the living room. They were always bare butt with the exception of "attention getters" which were usually just a single smack over whatever you had on at the time. It's funny but none of the three of us were all that bashful about our bodies so we were more concerned with the fact we were going to get our bare bottoms set on fire by Momma or Daddy than with what anybody who happened to be in the room saw.

Puberty hit me early. I had to start wearing a bra at nine which I hated. I wasn't allowed to run around topless inside or outside any more even though my brother and my little sister still could. Most of the girls my age hadn't started developing yet and me having hair and breasts at ten was very embarrassing. Momma did let me start shaving my legs and underarms at ten because I liked wearing shorts and was starting to like skirts and dresses but I didn't like all that dark hair under my arms and legs. The most embarrassing thing was getting spanked at that age. Because standing with my pants down to my knees and with full frontal exposure and having all that hair was humiliating. I felt like a freak. Plus to me it was very itchy and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I had my first period at eleven and found out just how gross pubic hair could be. So one night when I was taking a bath shortly before my twelfth birthday, I was shaving my legs and pits and decided the pubes had to go too. I was very careful to not cut myself and I felt so much cleaner and more comfortable after. I was very careful to keep this a secret even though some of the girls at school including my best friend Ramona saw my secret. It was finally discovered when I had gotten in trouble and Daddy decided to give me a spanking. As I pulled down my panties, I didn't really think about my front because I was more concerned with the spanking than anything else, but I noticed that Daddy had a shocked look on his face. He didn't say anything to me, he just spanked me and then let me go to my room. A few hours later I was in bed ready to go to sleep and Momma came in. She sat down on my bed and said, "Show me." I blushed because I knew what she was talking about and pulled the covers down and exposed myself. She didn't get upset with me which surprised me. Instead she just looked at me and asked, "Why Baby?" I started to cry and told her how uncomfortable it was and how gross it made me feel. She tried to convince me I'd get used to it but finally gave in and just told me to be careful doing that because it would hurt a lot more than nicking my legs when I shave them. (she was right about that).

Nothing else was ever said about it. It's funny though, I was less embarrassed to be spanked without pubic hair than when I had it. Even though as I got older, when I got spanked, I'd be a lot quicker getting my panties down and turning over and also about pulling them back up after than when I was younger.
