Rob, I almost agree with you. The situation I touched on was a one off, the only time I ever saw a girl spanked past the age of 10, give or take a year. However, you take a stressed-out adult in a low-income household and given the right set of circumstances, at just the right time, and anything can happen. As it did that day.

That said, there were times I witnessed a girl being escorted to a private area, say bedroom, with the adult with them, promising them a spanking.
