Here is another one for you that is "unbelievable."
I was told by a woman not in person, that they the
girls in her school were spanked on their panties by a
male principle using a paddle. See how that raises
eyebrows. Its okay for a woman to strip little boys
and spank them but a man punishing girls that way is
wrong. Anyway this woman told me and I believe her. I
wonder perhaps if women on here could help out with
this riddle.

In many schools female teachers and female principals
could spank boys bare, but male teachers and male
principals were not allowed to spank girls bare.

This double standard was everywhere. For example in
many school districts till the 60s, especially in the
Midwest, boys had to take their swim classes in the
nude, but not girls and many other examples of how
boys were treated differently than girls.

Back in her time frame/era girls for the most part were made to wear dresses. More particularly this was a school that requires uniforms that were basically dresses I think. I believe her because her head is screwed on straight and isn't all fetish thinking. I do not know the ritual the male principle used to gain access to the girls' panties. We can speculate. Were they made to bend over his knee or a table ?

He was not playing around and the memories are of a caring man doing his duty.
