If you are talking about forcing a child to be naked as a punishment as opposed to spanking a child on the bare bottom.

NO.

While a bare bottom spanking is embarrassing, I know this because I got plenty of them in my childhood and teen years. Stripping a child of their clothing completely and making them stay naked stay naked as punishment, goes beyond traditional corporal punishment and goes into humiliation and dehumanizing them.

This is just my opinion, but I think this topic belongs in a different forum and not here.
