Hi Derek,

Yes as you say Derek, more boys than girls got their bottoms bared, though I did see and hear some girls get spanked on the bare. I remember one female teacher - most of the Elementary and the majority of the Junior High teachers were female - who taught in fourth and later fifth grades would spank the boys on their bare bottoms in front of the class but would take the girls out into the hallwys to discipline them. I think she felt they deserved a little more dignity and modesty than the boys. A bit of a double standard if you ask me!

The school nurse, a not unattractive lady in her mid to late thirties, also spanked. It seemed that just about everybody in those days did! Lol If you tried to feign illness and waste her time or were judged to have been cheeky or disrespectful you could expect a spanking. And they were all on the bare. In my experience, nurses, especially, were REALLY STRICT! However, if you were genuinely unwell or upset she would show you kindness and sympathy!

At school I saw and heard many spankings, many of which were on the bare! And I also had my own pants and underpants taken down on a number of occasions as well!
