With a lot of what you've said about your step mom, her age, and the way you suggested that she threw her weight around in the beginning...

(And if this isn't too personal of a question, I do understand if you say it is too personal)

Did your older siblings come to accept her as they became adults?
Or did they decide that once she could no longer control and punish them they were going to just be done with her?

And if they chose the second option, then did there rejection of her affect their relationship with their father in a negative way?
