It wasn't just my bottom that got bared when mom pushed my panties down - I hated having my front on view like that! Your penis was obviously out in the open!?
How old for you and your strappings? As I teen I was expected to remove my skirt/jeans but mom always took my panties all the way down to my ankles - hence my complete exposure.
I remember being confused about what to do with my hands. I desperately wanted to cover/hide my front fur but that was not allowed. So I usually cupped my bare bottom in fear or sometimes covered my face in shame or just let my arms dangle with my hands in fists of frustration.
