Growing up, we always got spanked bare bottomed. Whether it was Momma or Daddy doing it and usually we were bare from waist to knees. I was allowed to start shaving my legs and underarms at 10 so just before I turned eleven when I was shaving before a bath, I decided the pubic hair had to go. I made it a point not to say anything about it, and at school in the locker room I didn't really do anything to call attention to it either. It wasn't until about three months that it became an issue, because I got in trouble and Daddy was gonna spank me. I was standing in front of him and he told me to pull my panties down and turn over his knee. My shirt wasn't long enough to cover anything from the waist down and when I pulled my panties down, he saw it. Even though I was nervous about my impending spanking, the look on his face when he saw me shaved, almost made me laugh. After a second or two he cleared his throat and told me to turn over his knee. I pulled up my panties when he finished and rubbed my butt while he lectured me about my behavior. Then I went to my room. I guess Daddy said something to Momma after the spanking because about twenty minutes later, she came to my room. She told me, "Show me." As soon as she said it, I knew exactly what she was talking about. So I pulled the covers off and slipped my panties down. She shook her head for a second and asked why. I told her how uncomfortable it was. She tried to convince me I'd get used to it. but finally gave in.

I didn't get as many spankings in my teens as I did when I was a pre-teen and younger, but it was actually a little less embarrassing to be seen up front after I started shaving. Maybe it was all in my head, I don't know.
