 After bruising you like that, your parents could have taken photos and sued your school district.

It was good that your Assistant Principal got the sack. Your school got off easy.

Sometimes Assistant Principals get designated as disciplinarians when Principal deems it beneath their dignity. And an Assistant Principal who suspects they will never be promoted to Principal may take out their frustration on children they paddle.
