Breakfast, getting dressed, or pee/poop?" I think it's quite common. I wake up first, go to the bathroom, wash up, and when I'm ready, I call the kids. As I wrote to you yesterday, I often wake Francesco first, take him to the bathroom, where I wash his face and let him do his business (pee and poop), and then I bathe him using the bidet. In the summer, they often sleep naked, so I don't even have to undress him. It's quick. Same thing for Tommaso. Then, both of them, still naked, come into the kitchen for breakfast. Then we go back to the bathroom to brush our teeth and get dressed for school. I always dress Tommaso. If we're in a hurry, I dress Francesco too, otherwise I let him get dressed himself in the clothes I chose and have already laid out on a chair in their room.
