I wanted to add a little context to this thread. Thinking about these events for the first time in many years, I began to wonder WHY were we naked around her so much? That's kinda weird. Then I remembered the swimming pool.
One of our group, Daniel, had a pool in his backyard. I real inground one. We swam there two to three times a week. Given the part of the country we live in, the pool was open 9 months or more a year.
We would all show up on our bikes with our trunks rolled up in a towel like our moms had taught us while tomboy would arrive already in her tank swimming suit with a long t-shirt over it. Daniels parents had made a mackshift changing area in the back of the garage with benches and hooks on the wall. We would change there while tomboy stood by and waited. And of course, being boys, we had naked boxing matches and all the other general silliness that goes on. That is the context for the memory. The laundry room example I gave was really a one off. It was the pool area that produced most of the memories. It's been wild remembering all these experiences. :)
