So we had really similar experiences just opposite gender. I was usually naked on holiday at the beach and campsites, and at home/backyard in summer, and often was bottomless at bedtime. This was until about the same age 14 to 15. The only difference was I was undeveloped even at 15. It sounds like you had begun to develop but still had to be naked. That must have been extra embarrassing. I imagine there were times when your growing boob's were out in public and in full view of both younger boys staring at you and boys your own age or older. I assume that's why you ended up being allowed a top? How do you feel you acted more like a little kid and did that happen when you were naked in front of older boys/men as well?
For me as I looked much younger when naked I was treated younger and I would be more passive. For example when suncream was put on it me it was applied everywhere in public without any concern for possible embarrassment, but I feeling small would just co-operate. Also when talking especially to adults I would nervously fiddle with my bare willy the way small boys often do for comfort or when thinking even at 14/15. I would become self conscious of what I was doing but no-one objected they just thought I was cute!
Girls would wiggle my willy sometimes, and when they were much younger clothed girls, it would make me go bright red, but as with you, no-one took issue with it.
How old were you when the boy touched you and how did it make you feel after or the next time you were naked in public?

Do you remember if you got an erection when they would wiggle your willy?
What about when you would nervously fiddle with your bare willy the way small boys often do for comfort, did you ever become conscious of what you were doing because you would start to erect?

It definitely tickled and the stimulation made it stick out more, I recall there was a delayed reaction before it lifted up
Regarding when I fiddled with it, no because I was usually fiddling mainly with the extra foreskin at the end. Again though, it would sometimes stick out afterwards, and if I became conscious of that, I would be embarrassed if I thought people were looking at it. Yeah, my mom gave me a top because my partially developed body being completely uncovered was causing problems in public, so my mom finally allowed me a top while insisting I stay bottomless. I definitely picked at my labia a bit absentmindedly while talking to adults, they just thought it was cute so nobody had any problems with it, nobody had any problems with the bottomless girl walking around in general. It made me act younger and be more agreeable with older clothed boys and adults. I was about 9 when the boy touched me and it made me feel so much more exposed and it made me not able to ignore my nudity in contrast to everyone else for a while. And it also felt really infantilizing when my mom said it wasn’t a big deal at all to be touched there.

Did you continue to pick at your labia as you got older when talking to adults? I think I carried on fiddling for as long as I was naked. Where you still bald down there for the whole time, and if not did you start playing with public hair? I had no hair to play with so it wasn't possible for me.

I kept picking at my labia when talking to adults until I was an adult myself and was finally allowed to cover myself at the pool and beach. I didn’t grow hair there until I was about 16 but I was made to shave it if it got too long, I did pick at it when it was there though. Sometimes my mom would scold me for playing with my labia and she would pull my hand away and lightly smack my vagina which hurt a bit and was embarrassing.

Were you at least allowed to put the sunscreen on your privates yourself, or was it put on by your mom or other females?

No, it was pretty much always put on my private area (in my case not very private!) by my mom or other females. My mom and friend's mom would simply wipe it on like any other part of my body while applying it to my belly, bottom, legs and feet.
My older sister and her friend would usually leave that part to my mom or make a joke while doing it, I think because they were less comfortable.
But I was honestly never asked to do it myself probably because I was viewed as too immature, and I just accepted it I guess because it was what I was used to.
