I grew up in a house on the countryside with a lot of land to play on and not much else close by, so me and my sister played outside together a lot, they encouraged me to go out in underwear and my sister to go naked so that’s what we always did. I played with my naked sister while I was in just underwear almost every day, it was usually just the two of us but sometimes we would play with some other kids who lived in the area, the other kids were usually fully dressed but me and my sister still played with them in our usual amount of clothing

Was your sister younger or older than you? That may explain difference in attitudes.
I grew up in very quiet heavily wooded area with three girls and one other boy in area. We skinny dipped but boys did way more as customary for area. It was 1970s but so remot still seemed like early 60s so boys naked on beaches was normal still.
I was told top play naked in summer up till 12 even. I wanted to anyway. I just stayed naked in summer unless going to church or sports

Did mom suggest she go nude? I ask as girls just did at pool and lake in woods and shy otherwise.

Mom suggested it but dad definitely had no problem with it! And mom said it was okay for me to play outside in underwear as long as I always kept my penis covered up

I did this until I was about 14, my sister was a year younger than me so she was 13. Nothing was stopping her from going out by herself but I was no longer there so she didn’t care anymore

I did too but it was rater rural area where still common and only a few old people were around.
Group was up to 3 girls and 2 boys. Other 9 boy was pretty much always naked at pool and beach so I did too. When under 10 I would even go to there house naked.

I would go around in underwear and my sister naked in the house too when we were younger, I would have been naked but my parents insisted I at least have underwear on if I wasn’t alone, especially if I was with my sister. She was never really encouraged to wear anything at all
