Maybe she was jellous that she couldn't be naked on the beach as well.
You have nothing to be ashamed.
In years from now you will wish that you could still look younger than you are.
Believe it or not, some men actually shave the hair they have in order to try to look that young again.

You and Eliza are probably right, but put yourself in my shoes. Among fourteen-year-olds, it's not cool to be the shortest in class, with a high-pitched voice, and a hairless 2-inch dick. And then there's another reason that makes me long for the onset of puberty: my pediatrician told me that once puberty is over, I'll have a good chance of leaving my bedwetting problem behind.

Oh sweetie I'm sorry to hear about your problem. My brother also had this issue. He slept in Pampers diapers until he was 10. After that it just stopped and he was so happy. :)
I know what you're saiyng and how you feel and let me assure you: puberty IS comming. It WILL happen. It is NOT cancelled. Focus on the positives of your situtation becaue they're many and plenty of adults would be jelous. :)
btw: I should have brought this up earlier. My friend in Germany has a son just like you. He's 13 and a half, quite short for his age and stil waiting for puberty. He's also kept naked at home and at beaches. My fiend also takes him to naked hikes to the mountains or to the forests.

I also wear diapers at night, for trips and other special occasions. This is the main reason my parents make me naked as much as possible: to let my skin breathe, which comes in contact with pee and poop at night. I'm so ashamed of this, especially around my cousins. Is your brother younger than you? I've read that nudism is quite widespread in Germany. But that's not the case in Italy. Next Monday I'm finally leaving for Croatia, a place I've been before and I know I won't be the only one naked.

Now this sheds a totally new light on your sutuation. Your parents are doing your skin and your areas down there a great favour. You HAVE to be naked. My brother used to suffer from several fungal infections of his pelvic and anal areas. It itched him so much he couldn't sleep and curing one took months and sometimes over the year. Fungal infections also cause severe complications.
Oh sweetie I'm sorry to say that but you being naked is not a matter of puberty but rather of your condition. If, hypothetically, your puberty starts tommorrow and it hits you like a truck growing you to 190cm, giving you knee long pubic hair, huge penis but your situation still isn't resovled - you're still going to have to be naked at home and at the beach. Let's be optimistic and hope puberty solves this issue. :)
To your question: my brother is 2 years older then me, he's all grown up and has a family of his own - wife and 2 boys(13 and 15). And even though 15 year old is in full blown puberty, me and my sister in law sometimes manage to convince him into joining his younger cousins. My sister in law then takes off his swim briefs and rubs a sunscreen into those areas. The 13 year old recently started showing the first signs of puberty but he's still very cool with being undressed automatically.
Nudism in Germany used to be very widespread and hiking naked was very popular but nowadays there are only few nude hiking trails. My friend takes her son mainly to the clothed ones. She says most passers by are positively surprised, complementing him and it sometimes makes him blush. :)

Usually she approaches him, lays her hand on his booty, pats it gently and asks: "Sweetie, why don't you join your brother and your cousins?"
He's like: "No thanks" but we can see his answer isn't instant and he's thinking about before answering so she continues.

After couple of arguments spoken in favour of him taking off his swim panties she sees in his eyes that he's about to agree. She then grabs the waisband of his panties, makes a pleading look and says someting like: "Come on, you have nothing to loose sweetie...well, except your panties." And smiles.
He usually agrees at this point and my sister in law begins to take off his panties. She reaches with her hand to the inside of the front and grabs the drawstring. After untying it she slides them down to his knees and tells him to grab her shoulders and step out of them. She then folds them, puts it on her towell and grabs the sunscreen bottle. She uses spf 50 for those areas. She rubs it very thoroughly onto his areas making sure that everything down there is secured from getting a sunburn.
He then joins the other boys playing ball on the beach, doing flips in the water etc. Initially he's a little bit embarrased, but the more time he spends naked the more comfortable he becomes.
There have been situations in which some people came and opened their towells right next to ours but he was so comfy he didn't care. ;)

While your sister-in-law thoroughly rubs that spf 50 onto her son's areas, making sure that everything down there is secured from getting a sunburn, does he ever erect, and if so what is his reaction at those times, or her reaction?

Well, sometimes he does have an erection. He then blushes and says: "Oh I'm sorry I didn't mean that" or something similar to that.
My sister in law assures him this is normal and natural reaction, there is nothing wrong that. She then asks him: "Do you want to rub the sunscreen on him yourself then?"
I guess he feels uncomfortable touching his erect penis in front of his mother so he says: "No, you can do it. I'm fine."

Is your nephew comfortable being naked even if families with daughters settle near you? Today in Italy it is a holiday (it's called "Ferragosto") and we are at our grandparents' house to have a barbecue. My uncles and cousins are also there. This morning we swam naked in their pool, adults and children. It was beautiful! But now it's lunch time and my parents, uncles and grandparents have gotten dressed. When I asked for my clothes, Mom said we kids could be naked. This worries me a bit because I know that after lunch some of my grandparents' friends will arrive.

Oh, after all she is a grandmother. The real embarrassment was without her. In the evening, after the shower, mum, as usual, put a diaper on me, "so we don't have to put it on later at home when you're tired". This meant spending the last hour at my grandparents' house in a t-shirt and diaper, in front of my uncles and cousins.

It might have been a little embarrasing for you, but after all they're your family and they love you no matter what. Don't worry about that. :)
btw: How many specialists your parents consulted about your problem. Incontinence can be a symptom of plenty of conditions both physical and mental. Maybe there's some unresolved early childhood trauma that's causing all this problem. Have you consulted child psychologist?

Yes, I have to say that in my extended family, no one makes fun of me for wearing diapers, not even my cousins. But it's still embarrassing for me to be seen wearing a toddler's outfit. Of course, my parents have taken me to many doctors: my bladder is small for my body, but it should return to normal with puberty. During the day, I can hold my urine (for at least ten minutes after the urge), but not at night or when I'm sick. My pediatrician says I'm not the only teenager with this problem, but maybe she's just saying that to console me.

It was nice of you to allow that woman to put the sunscreen on you.
That could be your first step to being more comfortable in those situations.

I too was the shortest in my class, and much like you I too did reach puberty until I was past 14.
As for you having "a hairless 2-inch dick", if I remember correctly when I was your age I was much the same in length but when erect it was a good 3-ince dick.
I didn't give a rats ass if anyone seen it in either state, and if they made any negative comments my comeback was usually, "why are you looking at other boys dicks".

I can't be as confident as you were. I'm just trying to shower and get dressed as quickly as possible. Besides the lack of growth, like every year, there will be another reason to mock me when soccer practice resumes in September: my teammates will see my even tan and say, "Ah, ah, Matteo is still a little boy lying naked on the beach!"
