You say, "(sometimes they dress me in the parking lot)".

You say "they", who is it that dresses you if it is more than one person?

Does that mean that they also dress you on the beach most times?

And what about undressing, do they do that for you as well, or do you undress yourself at those times?

I wrote "them," meaning my parents. But only one of them, either Mom or Dad, makes me wear panties. Most of the time, I'm dressed on the beach, but sometimes, if there are public showers along the way from the beach to the parking lot, they'll wash me there and then let me walk naked to the car to dry off.
When I arrive, mom or dad undress me.
