I just read your other post on the "Mistaken for a Small Child" thread where you talk about your high school friend.
We're talking about a middle school classmate here, but I'm sure and I believe you when you say that "you totally understand" how embarrassed Francesco was.
Yes, her classmate stayed dressed. She hadn't expected to have to play water games and didn't have a change of clothes with her. She was too embarrassed not only to undress naked like the boys, but even to be in her underwear. Yes, by the end, she was wet, and her light-colored T-shirt had become semi-transparent, revealing the tiny bra she was wearing underneath. Her jeans were also wet, but obviously you couldn't see anything. She remained in the sun for a while after the games and, thanks partly to the sun and partly to the towel lent by my friend, when she got into the car to go home in the evening, she was almost dry.

Unlike your classmate, he told me that she never tried to touch his private parts, but after he removed his hand from his penis to play more freely, more than once she moved very close to him to get a better look. In one of these, she noticed the small, short, sparse tufts of blond pubic hair crowning his small penis (which she hadn't noticed while they were playing) and commented: "WOW, Francesco! You have pubic hair! I never would have guessed! And your penis and balls are like Paolo's (my friend's 11-year-old son)..." which made him very embarrassed and made him blush. "But it's very cute, I didn't imagine it like that... please let me see a little better... Can I come closer?" she added, increasing his embarrassment.
But he also told me that in the end he was much less embarrassed, almost (but not quite) at ease. This confirms the impression I had expressed in my previous post: you prepubescent boys should always be naked at home and at the beach. Even in front of your sisters or female cousins/friends/classmates. This would boost your self-esteem, your physical and mental health, and promote harmonious development. At the cost of some initial embarrassment (or some particularly embarrassing occasions) but this would gradually diminish with practice.
Even though Francesco told me that the initial embarrassment was very great and he doesn't know if he would feel like seeing her again soon with him naked and her dressed...
