WOW, Valalta, you too... you're right to wander around and not stand still, it's much better to see various beaches. There are many nudist or clothing-optional beaches there.
As I wrote in response to the other post, Francesco was quite comfortable at the end of "Ferragosto", but he told me (and I wrote to you) that he was very awkward and doesn't ready to see his classmate again anytime soon (if he's naked and she's dressed again).

Wow! We're from the same region. There's one thing I don't like about Lido di Dante: many parents from the regular beach take their kids for a walk in their swimsuits, and the kids often stare. Does that bother your kids?

When we were at Lido di Dante, luckily there weren't many parents from the regular beach walking on the shore with their children in swimsuits. However, in fact, aside from the beautiful beach and pine forest, there are often people in bathing suits (and even parents with kids) who, while walking, enter the naturist area. And you're right, very often children stare much more than adults. When the kids who stare are about the same age as mine or are girls, then my two children are quite uncomfortable. Yes it bothers them as well as making them embarrassed.
