You explained yourself very well, I'm imagining the scene of your father holding you like that and I can understand your embarrassment even if it was just the three of you male. Yes, of course. It's happened to both of us several times. Both when they were younger and this summer. I understand it's embarrassing for a boy, but it's completely normal and natural. They also love sleeping naked, so much so that sometimes they even want to do it in the winter, even though it's cold at night.
