 It’s really both. He does have rules and expectations but she can also spank him if she thinks he needs it. Like for attitude or sass or things like that.

When she spanks him, she makes him get a lexan paddle she bought just for him and bring it to wherever he is going to be spanked. Which is usually in a chair in the living room or can be in her room or the kitchen or wherever she thinks it’s necessary. She makes him remove his pants and anything top that’s not a t-shirt. Then she takes him across her knees and will pull down his underwear. Then she paddles him until she thinks he’s had enough. Then she’ll usually make him do corner time. He’s smaller for his age and she can fit him across her lap pretty easily.
