 I suppose people have different ideas of what traditional is, but I agree that any woman in a DD relationship has an equal say in how the marriage should work. A woman should choose what she wants, and that choice is traditional in modern western culture, as far as I know. Denying the choice certainly happened, but it was called domestic abuse.

Though I do not have or need a traditional wife as specified in the list by Diana, I see nothing wrong with it if that is wanted by the wife. My wife is not traditional in that way, and I love her just the way she is. Whatever the lifestyle, it must be consensual, especially with regard to discipline and corporal punishment.
