Not sure why this was posted and wasn't in reference to any contest in particular (and I'm not asking for it to be). But, would like to say that my child isn't competing at this time, but still likes to enter photo contests occasionally and we do use photos that are 1-2 years old. So, maybe she is one that you are referring to, LOL! But, when she isn't competing it's silly to get photos every 6 months if she doesn't need to. So, maybe the photos you are referring to are in the same predicament. And heck, I always heard as long as a photo is still winning, why retire it, LOL!!@
