Bullying is never acceptable here. The one being bullied should be able to watch the spanking and discipline of the bully - but I dont allow teasing taunting or any of that.

After, I have a talk with the bully calmly and in a caring way to explain why its wrong and how it makes the other child feel. And discuss what we could do instead.

Everyone is different, and that is good!
