Tell her you love her if that's how you feel. But if that doesn't make her move, nothing will & you should end it.

If she can't (or won't?) move to be nearer to you and you don't feel the way you used to, then it's time to end the relationship and move on.You will meet others in life.

What seems hard now will just be a distant memory in five yrs. Good luck.
