I think he is just very shy. He leaves you the sweetest E-mails but can't express himself in the IM? If he was fake then he would sweet talk you in both right out of the gate. I am telling my Darling in both that she is wonderful and sweet and everything else, but that was after 1 1/2 years of falling and screwing up here then realizing just what she was......an Angel. I have been with her ever since. One year is coming up soon, and we are just waiting for her to come visit in August. So in Answer to your question...no probably not fake just shy. Take it slow though, don't rush anything. Be sure before you get in to deep. I wait a year and a half and am having to wait another Year and a half to be with her. Take care and good luck.
