You can have a nice wedding on a budget if you do these things........ first, you share the cost of flowers with someone else who is getting married at same church on the same day. Secondly, you can get a beautiful dress at a closing out sale.......through the paper of someone who has a slightly worn dress...there are even rentals for that dream dress......that would be an excellent idea to have the best dress without committing to buying it outright.....men do it with tuxedos so why not?
A student photographer could take pics( contact your local school of photography and get a student a breath away from graduating)...and the food..........I would also suggest contacting a catering school who should be able to do it alot cheaper!
Schools are great for getting things like wedding cakes at great prices as it gives the students experience!
But the biggest thing you have to keep in perspective is the most important thing .........WHO you marry not how or when or how fancy the do is!
Good luck with all this and let us know how it goes!
P.S In terms of a limo.,.why not compromise and settle for a fancy car that you could rent for the day...a nice cadillac that one of your friends could drive you in? Done up with pretty ribbons etc it would look pretty smashing for a lot less cost! :)
