I understand your impatience - trust me I do! But planning your life around someone you haven't yet met in person is foolhardy in the extreme. To get a fiance visa to be able to bring him stateside would require both of you agreeing to marry within 90 days of his arrival, not the kind of anxiety anyone should be arriving under! Any form of immigration procedures, as you will quickly find, should you continue in your efforts is NEVER as simple as "sign here...alright here you go." It's A LOT of work. The American fiance visa (can't speak for other countries here) requires evidence that you two have met in person, communicated via different mediums, met or communicated with each other's family...all kinds of things. Rightly or wrongly, every person entering the US seems to be viewed as some sort of alien with nefarious plans to either destroy or exploit the system until he or she can convincingly prove otherwise(a suspicion fostered and no doubt made explainable by events in the recent past). Three years online aside, any person at an American consulate, with this information considered, will probably just think he wants the Holy Grail of the modern world....a green card or American citizenship. Be patient if this is important to you, continue to get to know each other better online and work towards the "foolishness" of meeting. You'll be glad of this in the long-run. Good luck!
