I had almost finished a very long,
and excellent post about Brother
Zarathud and our rules, but I got
distracted with something else and
lost the thing. Here is a quick short
version.
First, I have great respect for Zarathud,
he is one of the ancient great ones, some
say imortal, and his insistence on following
the rules have carried the warriors of freedom
through periods of horrible infestations of
Order. But I don't always agree with him.

The True Blue Code of Silence is there to protect
the ones who go on Secret Missions, and those folks
never reveal themselves, at any time to by of the Blue.

So applying this rule to theo is absurd, since he is
obviously Blue, and therefore, could not be on a Secret
Mission. Last night, I intended to openly defy
the rule, and continue discussing our concern about
theo.

Rules should be used as guidlines, not steel cages that
stifle discussion, thought, and action.
