Subject: Violins on the radio

I miss the G-Man. I believe he was too much for the advertisers who support the radio stations he was on here in S. Cal. He got knocked off the air about 4 months ago and hasn't returned. I plan to get myself an expensive Sangean radio for Christmas just so I can get some far away stations that carry him.

I agree with him about 85% of the time. I vehemently disagree the rest, but I always enjoy listening to those with unconventional ideas and slants on things. As you know, many of his principles and much of his practical advice can be applied to anarchism, which makes him certainly a Blue asset--kind of ironic, him being, at one time, the consummate govt operative.

Re: Video Violence Training: I believe training is a good thing for good people, even violence training. It can be used to protect oneself and one's loved ones. In the hands of bad people, whether they are adults or kids, it can certainly be a bad thing. The idea of some unstable kid practicing virtual murder every day for 5 or 6 hours in 3D is kind of disturbing. (I would almost rather have him sitting at home being bombarded by the insidious, ceaseless propaganda of the left-wing media.) :)
