Kit shook with fright as she fought to keep up. Soon the other two hares were with her. " Please! Help me! I can't keep up! They're catching up to me!" Quickly the two hares grab her forepaws before she could do anything. " Hold on missy! Don't need to get Hysterical on us wot! Get on Flip Paw's back, He'll give you a lift! Fastest Hare climber you ever did see Ole thing!" Kit smiled gratefully at the female hare who had spoken. Soon they were at the top of the tree. The leading hare called to the as they clambered onto his branch. "Seems like we lost the blighters! Dirty vermin." Peers down to see that most of the persuers had fallen or given up. " Now then, where to marm?" Kittely sighed with relief as she got a tight hold on a branch. "Well what do you mean? I don't know ya'll but I have to thankyou. I don't know where they all came from." Flip paw twirled around on a branch, displaying his namesake. "Neither does no one 'round here. We need you to lead us to Brockhall. We come from Salamandastron. Came to help lookout for the weasels. We found them though huh?" Kit stood uneasily and worked her way into another branch. "I don't recall how to get to Brockhall from here. I've never climbed this high before. But I know that my friend and her family of squirrrels lives off to this direction. She'll help us. Her father is a warrior."
