Once, a long while ago, there was a dibbun hedgehog named Mightyfleet. Mightyfleet's parents named him that, hoping that he would turn out as great as his grandfather, who was the amazing hedgehog Quillpierce the Great. However, in his youth, Mightyfleet was nothing like his grandfather. He was not honest, for he stole things repeatedly from his mother's kitchen, and he told lies about where it had gone. He was not brave, for he ran and hid from the tiniest of insects.
Indeed, Mightyfleet's parents were asamed of him. They could not stand going to family reunions, because they would see Mightyfleet's cousins behaving so well, while Mightyfleet was rampaging all around the place, stealing pies and all sorts of other treats.

** Rosemary looks up again, seeing who is listening**

She sits in a chair around the crackling fire as the last trace of the light of day fades away. It seems as though she is paying no attention, but the occasional leaps of the flames before her illuminate her face, showing that her sharp ears are turned towards Rosemary.
